Learning how to make wine is proven to lower your costs, increase your wine enjoyment – and is rapidly becoming a popular hobby of millions around the globe. Award winning quality wines can easily be made with the correct instructions. Free, online instructions have been available for a long time but the authors always leave something out – usually key steps you need. I spent weeks looking for quality information, so I know how tough it can be.

In my opinion, this guide is still the best wine making guide of 2009.

It is, by far, the easiest to follow guide out there with enough illustrations to take you completely from the beginning to the end.

This is the only guide that assumes absolutely no knowledge of wine making.  There are over 160 pages of detailed, easy to follow instructions for dozens of wine recipes.

The support is also very fast.  I had my e-mails answered in less than 24 hours.

“Thank You! This book ["Making Great Wine"] is an excellent resource that I will be referring to time and again because of the straight forward, easy to read and informative style. There are so many recipes included for every type of wine I can think of that this book will keep me busy for many years to come! Worth every penny – you won’t regret it! To your good health (raises wine glass)!”

“Brian, As a person who dealt with wine making for many years, I have to say that I found “Making Great Wine” to be chalked full of valuable content that will help anyone new to wine making and seasoned alike. You start with the basics and end with picking the right kinds of fruits. The recipes are priceless and will be hard to find compiled in one book anywhere. If anyone is thinking about making wine or is already doing so, I’d suggest you grab a copy of this book. You will not regret it! To your success…”

“I found “Making Great Wine” by Brian Cook to be fascinating. I have always liked good wine and I have often thought of the possibility of making some myself (I did try once but ended up with 5 gallons of vinegar all over the garage floor). Now I have the courage and the knowledge to do so. There is nothing dull about “Making Great Wine” at all. It is not just another how to book. It is fun to read and at the same time enlightening regarding the art of wine making. In the past I only thought of wine as coming from grapes or other fruit. I have been very much educated. Potato wine? Parsnip wine? Flower wine? Beat Wine? Sugar wine? The list goes on, oh yes there are many wonderful recipes for grape wine also. Thank you for taking away the mystery from wine making.”

- George Wright, Southern California, USA.
